【90 Days Challenge】- record

Week10: 2018/04/28~05/04

Principles:
* Couldn't do overweight training too much, due to spine disorder.
* Restricting the training time in 2hours, do not live in the gym.
* Preparing for the ACE-CPT exam and train for the Spartan.
* Reduce my horrible body fat.
(Start from about 22-24%)
* Providing the quotes motivated you and me everyday.
* Absorbing extra knowledge may improve myself.
* Do the rehabilitation three times per week.

64. You have to crawl before you go; You have to go before you run.
65. 想要什麼樣的成果,就得付出什麼樣的努力。
66. Our spirit have been leading the way.
67. If you do the right thing, you won't be wrong.
68. There shouldn't be any excuse to stop we pursuing toward our dream.
69. 成功不是偶然,而是在不斷的失敗後,卻仍不肯放棄的結果!
70. Before you get something, you are nothing.

面臨關鍵的一周,很想卯起來狂練~
但兩小時原則,及避免過度訓練還是努力抑制!
5/4順利Pass ACE-CPT exam!
準備了那麼久,就為了這一刻!
得知結果的那一刻,只有感動!
考取的當下,“健身"已成為我的專業!
不能再有理由說不懂不明白,不會的都得學會!
這是起點,不是終點!

The key week, barely couldn't wait the day coming.
Be patient! To restrain the sensation sprinting out of mind.
Finally, I have passed the exam of ACE-CPT.
The moment I couldn't express completely my mood how touched it was.
Fitness have became my profession eventually.
Although, it wasn't the terminal but the start.
I must put more focus on fitness, keep learning and stay humble.
